It is identified as the first logistics industry in the Basque Country.

A group of public and private companies created in 1994 to give impetus, through cooperation, to the competitive improvement and promotion of the cluster that is generated together with the PORT OF BILBAO and that extends throughout BIZKAIA and the BASQUE COUNTRY
