SOIVRE | Próximos controles RoHS y RAEE

The port community has been informed to communicate to importing companies the impending implementation of a new type of import control for importing electrical devices, batteries and accumulators compliant with European regulations.
 
Controls that are mandatory for the free circulation of these products and aim to verify compliance with regulations RAEE, RPyA and RoHS:
 
RAEE/RPYA: Royal Decree 110/2015 on electrical and electronic waste, and Royal Decree 106/2008 on batteries and accumulators and the environmental management of their waste.
RoHS: Royal Decree 219/2013 on restrictions on the use of certain dangerous substances in electrical and electronic devices.
 
For its imminent activation, the SOIVRE has been preparing computer applications to speed up the processing, document verifications and controls applied in each case, which can be any of the following:
 
Products subject to  SOIVRE inspection for industrial safety (RD 330/2008)
Electrical and electronic devices (RD 110/2015), batteries and accumulators (RD 106/2008)
Electrical and electronic devices to which RoHS (RD 2019/2013)restrictions on dangerous substances are applied
