REPSOL | BASQUE GOVERNMENT | Encourage the deployment of energy sustainability in Euskadi

Fundación Repsol and the Basque Government will encourage the deployment of the Energy Sustainability Law of  Euskadi

In the Ajuria Enea Palace, the lehendakari Iñigo Urkullu and the president of Repsol, Antonio Brufau, signed a collaboration agreement for joint development of actions promoting, disseminating and boosting energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, focused on initiatives that generate a positive social impact on Basque society.

Thanks to this alliance, they will work together to develop energy efficiency plans, energy savings and promotion and implementation of renewable energies in public buildings, as well as carrying out energy studies and audits.

Both entities will also promote innovative energy projects, especially those related to digitalization, to advance in decarbonisation, training, knowledge communication, and awareness activities in the area of energy sustainability will also be promoted.
