PANATTONI | Park Bilbao City is a reality

The construction of ‘Panattoni Park Bilbao City’ is coming to an end, and in very few weeks, it will be available for rent. The tenant will be able to carry out logistics or industrial activity in one of the principal industrial areas of Euskadi, such as Abra Industrial, only 6 km from the Port of Bilbao and 15 km from the centre of the Basque capital.

This new project has a 7,500 m2 building of SBA, of which 7,100 m2 are for warehousing and 460 m2 for offices. 

Thanks to its privileged location, next to the A8, it is a perfect location for last-mile delivery activities, facilitating the delivery of goods in neighbouring areas, as well as for activities linked to the industrial sector. It will be eleven metres high, with ten loading and unloading quays and large parking areas to facilitate the work.
