GREEN IBÉRICA | Joins up with Uniport

Green Ibérica was founded in 1985 by Grupo Romeu to represent the Taiwanese shipping company Evergreen Marine Corporation (currently Evergreen Line) in Spain; up to then and since 1978 consigned by Romeu and Cía., another of the companies in Grupo Romeu.

Green Ibérica began its activities with offices in Barcelona and Valencia. In the following years, it opened offices in Bilbao, Madrid, Alicante, Vigo, the Canary Islands, Malaga, etc. Later, Evergreen appointed Green Ibérica as an agent in Portugal, Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria, with offices in Lisbon, Porto, Tunisia, Algerian and Oran, where it operates through investee companies.

Green Ibérica, as a representative of the Evergreen Line shipping company, offers a comprehensive logistics service for companies requiring import and export traffic.
“We are different from our competitors in that we offer integrated logistics consultancy, understanding client consultancy from the beginning to the implementation of the service”, the company stated.

From its office in Bilbao, it operates with most of the principal ports in the world through its network of agents, offering international logistics services.
