DS4T: Transforming International Trade through Generative Artificial Intelligence​

In a global environment characterised by geopolitical conflicts, economic volatility, constant regulatory changes and increasing logistical complexity, the ability to make rapid and well-informed decisions has become the key factor in the success of any international operation. It is precisely against this backdrop that DS4T (Digital Solutions For Trade) was founded – a Basque technology start-up with a clear mission: to democratise access to expert knowledge and bring structure and rigour to foreign trade operations through the strategic use of Generative Artificial Intelligence.

The project is led by Marta Prado Larburu, who holds a PhD in international trade law and has over 25 years’ experience in the sector. DS4T does not simply offer yet another technological tool, but rather a solution born of in-depth knowledge of the trade, designed to empower human experts, never to replace them.

TTools is a comprehensive suite of SaaS solutions powered by generative AI, combining knowledge accumulated over more than two decades with reliable, verified and constantly updated sources from the leading international trade regulatory bodies. Unlike general-purpose artificial intelligence systems, TTools guarantees traceability and absolute reliability in every one of its responses.

• Customs and Compliance: intelligent classification of tariff codes (HS Codes), tariff enquiries and management of dual-use regulations.
